Attorney Mark S. Roher has over 20 years experience in private practice representing both individual and corporate clients in business and consumer bankruptcy proceedings, various commercial litigation matters, business disputes, collections and creditors' rights matters.

Mr. Roher focuses his practice on all aspects of bankruptcy, debtor and creditors' rights, bankruptcy litigation and reorganization, commercial litigation and assignment for the benefit of creditors proceedings. Mr. Roher has represented secured and unsecured creditors, landlords, tenants, as well as Chapter 11 debtors-in-possession in cases involving a wide range of businesses and industries. 

Prior to opening his own firm, Mr. Roher was a bankruptcy and commercial litigation partner and special counsel at large national firms in South Florida, as well as a partner with a boutique bankruptcy firm in Ft. Lauderdale.
